The service
OpenSauce designs, builds, hosts and manages a website for your food business, including (depending on your plan) online ordering, table reservations, content updates and marketing. We start with a free mock-up; nothing is payable until you approve the design and choose a plan.
Fees and billing
- Each plan has a one-off setup fee, charged with your first payment, and a recurring subscription (monthly or annual).
- Annual plans are prepaid and include two months free compared to monthly billing.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days' written notice, taking effect at your next renewal.
Cancellation
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice — no exit fees. Annual plans run to the end of the prepaid year and don't renew if you cancel before the renewal date. Setup fees are non-refundable once your site is live.
What's yours, what's ours
Your domain name is registered in your name and is yours to keep. Your menus, photos, text and customer data are yours; on request after cancellation we will export them for you. The underlying platform, code and design system remain ours.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of your menus, prices, allergen information and opening hours, and for fulfilling the orders and reservations your site takes. Tell us about changes and we'll publish them — usually the same day.
Service levels
We aim for your site to be available at all times and will fix outages as a priority, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
